Russia-Ukraine talks to start at 1400 GMT

The third round of talks between Russian and Ukrainian delegations are set to start at 1400 GMT on Monday, Ukrainian negotiator Mykhailo Podolyak announced via Twitter on Monday.

Meanwhile, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Monday that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba will meet in the city of Antalya on Thursday.
