Canada: CPI (Jun) rose 2.4% YoY

FXStreet (Edinburgh) - Canadian consumer prices rose 2.4% on a year to June, surpassing expectations at 2.3%. On a monthly basis prices rose 0.1% vs. forecast for a flat reading. The Bank of Canada Core CPI rose 1.8% over the last twelve months and contracted 0.1% inter-month.
