Ireland's Minister for Finance - Paschal Donohoe, crossed the wires in the last hour saying that we have no desire to trap the UK indefinitely in the backstop and UK lawmakers must set out terms of how to avoid no-deal Brexit.

There are no technological solutions proposed that would solve Irish border issue and we have no choice but to ramp up no-deal Brexit planning, Donohoe added further.
