AUD/USD approaches 0.9300

FXStreet (Córdoba) - The AUD/USD has managed to recover Friday, trimming previous weekly losses incurred on the back of soft Australian CPI figures and disappointing Chinese data.

The AUD/USD bounced off a 3-week low of 0.9253, snapping a 3-day losing streak. The pair has climbed to a high of 0.9295, stalling a few pips shy of the 0.9300 psychological level. At time of writing, the Aussie is trading at 0.9290, still up 0.29% on the day, but down 0.43% this week.

AUD/USD levels to watch


In terms of technical levels, the AUD/USD could find immediate resistances at 0.9300 (psychological level), 0.9318 (21-day SMA) and 0.9375 (Apr 24 high). On the other hand, supports are seen at 0.9251 (Apr 24 low) and 0.9205 (Apr 3 low).
