HIBOR hits highest since Oct. 2

The one-month Hong Kong Interbank Offered Rate (HIBOR) on Tuesday rose to 1.86 percent; its highest level since Oct. 2. Meanwhile, three-month HIBOR jumped to 2.13 percent; also the highest level since Oct. 29.
