Canada: Employment increases 42.9K in March

FXStreet (Łódź) - Net employment in Canada grew by 42.9K in March, following a 7K drop registered the previous month, Statistics Canada reported today. Consensus pointed to a 20K increase.

The unemployment rate slid to 6.9% from 7% while the participation rate remained at 66.2%, as expected.
