Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani was reported by the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), as saying that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un got “on his hands and knees and begged” for his meeting with the US President Donald Trump to be rescheduled after Trump canceled it last month.
