Atlanta Fed GDPNow revises model from 5.4% to 4% Q1GDP

The Atlanta Fed GDPNow estimate for 1Q GDP has fallen to 4.0% from 5.4% at the last reading.  

The dollar took a little hit on this with the DXY down to 89.858 within a  range of 89.373 - 90.034 and some of the G10's recovering a little vs the greenback. 

Currently:

  • EUR/USD is trading at 1.2347, down -0.33% on the day, having posted a daily high at 1.2435 and low at 1.2314.
  • GBP/USD is trading at 1.3916, down -0.37% on the day, having posted a daily high at 1.4002 and low at 1.3836.
  • USD/JPY is trading at 109.23, up 0.00% on the day, having posted a daily high at 109.67 and low at 108.46.
