Conservative Republicans will back funding bill to avoid government shutdown - CNN

CNN reports quotes the conservative House Freedom Caucus as saying that majority of its members will support a stopgap funding bill to avoid a government shutdown. 

So the GOP may have enough support to send the bill (that funds the government into mid-February) to Senate. 

That said, it is not clear whether the Senate would also be able to pass a spending bill ahead of Friday midnight.
