Mexican Deputy Energy Secretary: Mexico does not plan to attend OPEC November meeting

Leonardo Beltrán Rodríguez, Mexico's Deputy Secretary for Energy, recently crossed the wires, saying that Mexico was not planning to attend OPEC's November meeting as it would be restricted to members only. Rodríguez further added that Mexico had not been consulted about extending the production cut agreement, as per Reuters reports.
