Russia's oil production remained flat at 10.91 mbpd in September

According to data by the Russian Energy Ministry compiled by Reuters, Russia's oil production remained flat at 10.91 million barrels per day [bpd] in September; its lowest level this year. The daily oil production in September 2017 was down by 3% compared to the October 2016 levels. Russia has pledged to to shave off 300,000 bpd from the October 2016 level
