UK: Mortgage Approvals decrease to 71.638K in December
FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - UK Mortgage Approvals fell to 71.638K in December, following 70.758K registered the previous month, according to the BoE report published today. Analysts expected an increase to 73.000K.
Consumer Credit slid to £0.6B in December from £0.7B in November and below market consensus of £0.7B.
Net Lending to Individuals increased in December to £2.3B in comparison with £1.5B in November and above economists' expectations of a rise to £1.9B.
