The Duke of Edinburgh to stand down from royal duties for good from August - ITV

ITV reporting latest news out of the Buckingham Palace meeting, citing that Prince Philip will stand down from all public engagements from the Autumn, while the Queen Elizabeth II will continue to carry out a full programme of engagements.

A letter from Buckingham Palace says the Duke has "decided he will no longer carry out public engagements from the autumn of this year" and he has "the full support of the Queen".
