French election update: Macro extends lead to 23.7% vs 21.9% Le Pen

According to the latest stats by the French Interior Ministry, with 90% of votes counted, Macron has extended his lead to 23.70% vs Le Pen's 21.9%. 

The results from round 1 are perceived as 'risk-on' for markets, which are currently pricing in a victory of Macron in the final round on May 6th, given the ample lead he enjoys vs Le Pen based on the latest polls.
