BoC's Poloz: Would be wrong for us to try to offset market factors that drive CAD

Bank of Canada's Governor Stephen Poloz is on the wires, via Reuters, saying that a low CAD is selectively good depending on type of company and states that there is no simple case for low or high dollar.
