IEA's Birol sees oil market rebalancing well before end-2017 - RTRS

Speaking to Reuters on the sidelines of an industry conference on Tuesday, International Energy Agency (IEA) chief Fatih Birol noted that the OPEC’s oil output cut decision may soon result in global oil markets rebalancing.
