China stocks re-open stronger, Japan markets closed

The stocks on the Asian bourses advance at the beginning of a brand new week, despite the risk-on rally broadly stalled after the second US presidential election debate ended quite even, with Trump having showed an improved performance from the previous.

The Chinese markets re-opened on a strong note after a week-long Golden week celebrations, as exporters’ stocks got a boost after the PBOC set the Yuan fix at the lowest levels since Sept 2010.

Meanwhile, the Chinese equities extend opening gains, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite index rallying +1.06%, while CSI300 index rises +1%. Hong Kong markets decline -0.42% to trade around 23,851 levels. The Japanese markets remain closed today on account of Health-Sports Day.
