EMU: Annual CPI climbes 0.7% in October

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - According to data released today by Eurostat, Eurozone annual inflation rose by 0.7% in October, following 1.1% growth registered the previous month. This result is in line with analysts' forecasts. On a monthly basis Eurozone CPI dropped by 0.1% in October, compared with the 0.5% increase in September, as expected.

Year-over-year CPI - Core rose 0.8% in October, down from +1% in September.
