Germany: ZEW Survey – Economic Sentiment jumps to 52.8 in October

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - The German ZEW Survey – Economic Sentiment improved to 52.8 in October, from 49.6 in September, the Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung reported today. Market consensus pointed to no change.

The German ZEW Survey – Current Situation dropped to 29.7 from 30.6 and against forecasts of rising to 31 points.

UK: Annual Retail Price Index grows 3.2% in September

Year-over-year the UK Retail Price Index rose 3.2% in September, slightly down from the 3.3% increase registered the previous month, National Statistics reported on Tuesday. This result is in line with analysts´ forecasts.
