USD/CHF catapults to fresh highs

FXstreet.com (New York) - The USD/CHF foreign exchange rate churned higher, having retested and broke its earlier highs, now streaming upwards during US trading.

At this juncture, the USD/CHF is now notching an advance of +0.15%, operating at 0.9325 Friday. Briefing the technicals, the USD/CHF remains capped by resistances at 0.9345, onto 0.9383, and 0.9446 calculates the Danske Research team.

USD/CHF strategic bias

According to Karen Jones, an analyst at Commerzbank, “USD/CHF has recovered further, eroding the 2 month resistance line. This adds weight to the idea that the market has based recently and looks set to tackle the 200- and 55-day moving averages at .9344/48 to be reached.”

AUD/USD holds above 0.8900, for now

The AUD/USD remains under mild pressure during the American session, after the latest recovery attempt was capped by the 0.8955 zone.
