AUD/USD bounces from below 0.7700

FXStreet (Córdoba) - AUD/USD fell further during the American session dragged by broad greenback strength, but managed to find support a few pips ahead of yesterday’s lows.

AUD/USD was rejected by the 0.7770 area and dropped nearly a full cent before finding an interim bottom of 0.7682. The Aussie has managed to recover some ground over the last minutes and climbed back above 0.7700. At time of writing, the pair is trading at 0.7705, still 0.37% below its opening price.

AUD/USD key levels

As for technical levels, AUD/USD could find immediate supports at 0.7679 (Jun 23 low), 0.7645 (Jun 17 low) and the 0.7598/0.7603 zone (Jun 5 & 8 lows). On the other hand, resistances are seen at 0.7747 (10-day SMA), 0.7770/73 (Jun 24 high/100-day SMA), and 0.7800 (psychological level).

USD/CHF with eyes on 0.9400

USD/CHF is trading near the 0.9400 handle, holding a bullish tone amid a stronger US dollar in the market and weak European currencies. The pair recently printed a fresh daily high at 0.9369, level located less than 20 pips below Tuesday’s highs.
