UK exit poll to be taken with huge pinch of salt - DB
FXStreet (Bali) - Oliver Harvey, strategist at Deutsche Bank, was quoted via Bloomberg, noting that the shocking exit poll should be taken with a "huge pinch of salt."
Harvey notes that "a very significant last minute shift in sentiment is possible", urging "caution against believing the U.K. election exit poll to be conclusive."
Harvey notes that if the exit poll happens to be correct, that would mean that the last 3 months of poll data was misleading or inaccurate. But if the exit poll is correct, Harvey notes that "it will mean a 100% probability of new Conservative-led government."
